Nine single room Studios are designed as an open plan bed/sitting room plus ensuite. Fittings include a kitchenette concealed behind a rollaway door, double wardrobe, heating, fridge and nurse call system.
Two double room units provide gracious living for a couple or single person.
The studio complex is maintained by Golden Pond Body Corporates who undertake maintenance of the common areas, exterior maintenance, payment of rates and insurance.
The weekly fees are as follows and are collected by Golden Pond Private Hospital.
Studio Single – $62.00 per week
Studio Double – $81.00 per week
A Lifecare Fee is payable in recognition of the capital associated with the Golden Pond Village with its associated facilities and services for your use.
The Lifecare Fee is payable on the resale of your Studio and shall be the total of:
A base fee of six per cent (6%) of the resale price of the apartment.
For the first and subsequent 6 monthly period or part periods of occupation two per cent (2%) of the resale price of the Lifecare Unit.
BUT the Lifecare Fee payable shall not exceed Twenty per cent (20%) of the resale price of the Lifecare Unit.
On resale of an apartment 33% of the base fee is paid into GPBC’s maintenance fund.
Includes visiting Doctors, Podiatrist and Physiotherapist. Facilities include a hairdressing salon & spa bathroom.
